Travel and Foreign Settlement
A journey is different from settlement
Short travel, a long journey, visa approval, overseas study, foreign employment and permanent relocation are different questions. Common teaching discussions use the third for movement or short journeys, ninth for long-distance travel and twelfth for separation or distant residence, but a particular event may require additional houses.
For an illustrative visa question, distinguish receiving approval from entering the country. A favourable interpretation of travel does not establish eligibility, grant permission or guarantee that a document will be issued. The event definition and the institution's decision process remain relevant to the interpretation.
Sign symbolism is supplementary
Aquatic signs or symbols can enter traditional descriptions of settings. They do not determine whether the journey is by sea rather than air. Rahu's broad association with foreign or unfamiliar contexts also needs actual house connections in a KP analysis.
Movable mode may provide movement-related language, while common mode may suggest adaptability in a description. Neither establishes a country, duration of residence or number of journeys. Those statements require a specific rule when a specific, attributed rule supplies the connection.
